Resolve conflict.
Restore clarity.
A hybrid, virtual conflict-resolution practice serving federal, state, local, and private-sector clients — built on federal EEO, workplace investigation, and mediation experience, and delivered with impartiality across every community.
Conflict resolution, end to end.
From divorce mediation to workplace investigations and HR consulting, KCS brings a fair, documented, and human-centered process to every engagement.
Divorce Mediation
A structured, neutral path through separation — including child custody and military divorces — focused on durable agreements, reduced cost, and protecting the people involved.
Employee / Management Mediation
Early, neutral intervention that resolves workplace disputes before they escalate into grievances, EEO claims, or turnover.
Employee Investigations
Impartial, well-documented workplace investigations — EEO, misconduct, and reasonable-accommodation matters handled to federal standards.
HR–Employee Relations Consulting
Practical guidance for supervisors and HR teams navigating employee relations, labor relations, and benefits questions.
Professional Mediation Training
Customized training for private and public educational institutions — building internal conflict-resolution capacity. Also offers Specialized Peace Training and De-Escalation Training for federal, state, and local organizations, divine organizations, entrepreneurs, and religious-based organizations.
Intrapersonal Conflict Coaching
Highly sensitive, strictly confidential one-on-one coaching for intimate partner violence, domestic violence, and employees alleging sensitive discrimination — a safe space to work through deeply personal conflict.
Bevann King
I started King Conflict Solutions because I have sat on both sides of the table. I have been the employee navigating a difficult workplace, the federal investigator documenting what really happened, the mediator holding the room steady, and the entrepreneur building something from nothing. That range is what I bring to your conflict.
My career runs through federal service, banking, and academia — Chief of Equal Employment Opportunity with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, senior branch management in banking, employee and labor relations across federal agencies, and doctoral research in conflict analysis and resolution. Across every setting, the work is the same: hear every party, weigh the facts, and find the path forward that holds.
I built this practice to serve any community — any race, ethnicity, gender, faith, ability, age, or background — with the same neutrality, rigor, and respect. Impartiality is not a slogan for me. It is the standard I was trained to, and the one I hold myself to.

Leadership that does not stay in the boardroom.
Conflict resolution is, at root, service to people. The same skills Bevann brings to federal agencies and corporate clients shape her work in classrooms, dojangs, and community spaces.
Martial Arts Instruction
Volunteer Taekwondo instruction for children and adults, building confidence, discipline, and resilience in the next generation of leaders.
Youth & Emerging-Professional Mentoring
One-on-one mentoring that helps young people and early-career professionals strengthen self-awareness, ethical decision-making, and a sense of purpose.
Leadership Development Across the Lifespan
Workshops and coaching that cultivate leaders from early-career professionals to senior executives, military leaders, and public officials.
Faith-Based & Heritage Service
Engagement grounded in faith and in Guyanese-American and Amerindian heritage, honoring the responsibilities that come with both.
Leave every person and place better than you found it.
That standard, passed down from Bevann’s grandfather, is more than a value. It is how King Conflict Solutions measures its own work and its contribution to the communities it serves.
Accessible Resolution
Sliding-scale and pro-bono mediation slots so cost is not the reason a conflict goes unresolved for families and small organizations.
Education & Mentorship
Free workshops, martial-arts instruction, and mentoring that build conflict skills and confidence in young people and emerging professionals.
Heritage & Indigenous Communities
Support for Indigenous and underrepresented communities, carrying forward the legacy and responsibilities of Guyana’s nine nations.
Superior across domains. Neutral by design.
The combination of federal EEO command, banking operations leadership, doctoral research, and certified mediation is rare. It lets KCS meet any conflict — in any community — with depth most practices cannot match.
Cross-Cultural & Inclusive Practice
Neutral, bias-free engagement across race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, disability, national origin, and every community served — the standard EEO professionals are trained to.
Federal EEO & Compliance
Equal Employment Opportunity programs, reasonable accommodations, and disability program management built to federal standards and scrutiny.
Workplace Investigations
Impartial, well-documented inquiries into misconduct, harassment, and employee relations matters — findings that hold up under review.
Conflict Transformation
Restorative approaches that go past settling a dispute to repairing harm and rebuilding working relationships for the long term.
Organizational & HR Strategy
Employee relations, labor relations, and HR consulting grounded in employment law — practical for supervisors, defensible for the organization.
Mediation & Negotiation
Divorce, workplace, and interpersonal mediation plus one-on-one conflict coaching — structured process, durable agreements.
Conflict is information. So is how you respond to it.
Bevann was featured by Influential Women for her work founding King Conflict Solutions and for her approach to conflict, leadership, and purpose. A few excerpts from that conversation.
We are at a moment where leaders are starting to understand that conflict is not a sign of failure — it is information — and that how they respond to it defines their culture. On conflict & leadership
Your real competition is not other women, other firms, or other voices — it is the smaller version of yourself that you are outgrowing. On building something real
Listen deeply, then work the problem — that became a blueprint for how I practice conflict resolution and how I lead.On her practice
